.AVIATION /00Z SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY/...
High pressure and clear skies tonight will result in valley fog
formation with ELM likely seeing LIFR after 10Z with potential
to have fog form as early as 8Z. RME also has a chance to fog as
well with some moisture moving in from the north but confidence
is lower with some low clouds moving in as well. VFR conditions
return tomorrow after the fog burns off with afternoon cumulus
developing once again.

Outlook...
Sunday Night...VFR, except IFR/LIFR at KELM due to valley fog.

Monday...Morning Valley Fog burns off at KELM by 14z and rest of
day is VFR all terminals.

Tuesday and Wednesday...VFR.

Thursday...some restrictions possible with showers moving into
the region.
