.AVIATION /06Z SATURDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY/...
VFR conditions expected to prevail over the next 24 hours at
just about all of our terminals.

Skies are clear early this morning, with just a low chance for
some patchy MVFR fog at ELM. Current satellite shows fog
developing along the Susquehanna and Delaware river valleys. No
fog is evident yet in the Chemung River valley, but for the ELM
TAF some tempo, patchy MVFR fog was included from 08-11z early
this morning. Considering there was no rain to wet the ground
around ELM, do not think IFR fog will develop. Confidence is
moderate on this portion of the TAF forecast.

After 12z skies will be mainly clear areawide for the rest of
the TAF period, with just a few pop up mid or high level clouds
possible from time to time.

Wind are light and variable early this morning, becoming west
northwest at 6-15 kts, with a few gusts to 20 kts possible in
the afternoon hours. Winds quickly diminish and turn southerly,
less than 5 kts after sunset into tonight.

Outlook:

Saturday through midday Sunday...Mainly VFR.

Sunday afternoon through early Monday...Showers and
thunderstorms with associated restrictions likely Sunday
afternoon-evening, followed by lingering low clouds/fog late
Sunday night-early Monday morning.

Midday Monday through Tuesday night...Mainly VFR, but an
isolated shower is possible Tuesday afternoon.

Wednesday...Chance for afternoon showers and thunderstorms and
associated restrictions.
